A total of 42 individuals, including 15 primary players, support staff, and reserves, traveled to the USA and the West Indies for the tournament. This prize money, allocated by the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI), will be shared among all members of the 42-person contingent, with amounts varying based on their roles.
According to the Indian Express, each of the 15 squad members, even those who did not play, will receive Rs. 5 crore. Head coach Rahul Dravid will also receive Rs. 5 crore.
The coaching team, including batting coach Vikram Rathour, fielding coach T Dilip, and bowling coach Paras Mhambrey, will each get Rs. 2.5 crore. The selection committee members, including chairman Ajit Agarkar, will receive Rs. 1 crore each.
Among the support staff, which includes three physiotherapists, three throwdown specialists, two masseurs, and a strength and conditioning coach, each will be awarded Rs. 2 crore.
