magic win

Captain Faf du Plessis has stated that the M Chinnaswamy Stadium will be a “great place to bat” ahead of Royal Challengers Bengaluru’s (RCB) upcoming match against Punjab Kings (PBKS) in the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2024.

Speaking on a new episode of RCB’s Game Day, Proteas batter Du Plessis stated that his team is prepared for the upcoming match.

“The first game was in Chennai, and there was a large Chennai crowd. Looking forward to batting here again; it’s a great place to bat, and I believe the boys are eager to get started,” Du Plessis said.

Australian all-rounder Cameron Green also commented on the upcoming match, saying that the pitch in Bengaluru is “beautiful” and ideal for batting. He also mentioned that the outfield moves quickly.

“It’s a beautiful batting wicket, and the outfield is quick. This will be my first experience as an RCB player, and I am extremely excited. Green said, “There’s always screaming and shouting, and I’m looking forward to it.”

Anuj Rawat, on the other hand, stated that while the Bengaluru franchise began “a little off,” they are now prepared to face Punjab.

“We started a bit off but definetly but after we did gel up as a team well and we are looking forward to this game against Punjab,” he said.
